Hey, I just want to let everyone know that I am leaving. I'll try to stop by and say hello from time to time. I have a huge quitting sale going on and anyone and everyone can come place your bids, or claim your creations.
If I had trades to do or agreements to make, I'm sorry, I won't be able to do it. I'm especially sorry to you, Aljan.

Maybe once I sell everything I have, and go away for awhile, the game will be much more challenging when and if I come back on. But when will I come back on? A few months? A year? I don't know. Maybe never.

I'm leaving because the game has become a bore. Nothing against anyone. But I've been playing this game for more than a couple years and at the highest level. When you have nothing more to achieve in a game... you lose interest. I hope when and if I come back on some of you guys will still be here, but I doubt it. But hey, I like surprises. |

| There is hardly anything worth buying in the auctions or for sale anymore because of all the players quitting and because the newer players don't have the really good animals yet. |

Drm, that's exactly it. I used to check the auctions and sale forums all the time. Now I rarely do because there's nothing worth buying.

I can relate completely. I'm in the exact same situation and often find there's nothing left to achieve. Mostly I hang around for the social aspect these days, but I no longer spend anywhere near the same amount of time on here that I used to. I have no plans to quit, but I've sometimes felt I might enjoy this game a lot more if I took an extended break from it. A few months maybe. 'Absence makes the heart grow stronger' perhaps? I can't honestly say what the future will hold. |
