Bwahaha, where to start? I'm surrounded by a bunch of weirdos ( meaning no offense! ) so I feel quite happy that I'm not alone in having very odd fears...Thanks guys!
Furbies...Yup. My Gran bought me one when I was 17 to cheer me up over something...And I couldn't have it in the house. I kept picturing it coming for me during the night so I got up and put it outside. Then I kept picturing it somehow getting back in....In the morning we gave it to St Vinnies I'm like that with alot of toys, particularly dolls but sometimes stuffed ones too....I have "my" teddy bears, but nothing else...Too creepy...
Monarch butterflies When I was little, a freshly hatched one fluttered onto me, and excreted a clear liquid that felt like someone touching me with a lit cigarette. I'm terrified one will do that again so, I literally run away from Monarch butterflies I seem to be ok with other kinds but I prefer to enjoy from a distance just in case...
SPIDERS. 'Nuff said. *shudders* My family is amazed I flip out over a teeny spider, but adore snakes and stuff...
The dark Its not the dark itself that scares me, its the paranoia of what might be in it that I can't see. Dumbledore, wardrobes MUST be closed for me too. I worry something might creep out during the night I have paranoia issues...
Electricity... Pretty hard in this day and age lol! I'm a little bit obsessive about making sure things are plugged in properly, switched off, nothing on the wires etc etc...I'm very afraid of having a house fire. I'm not big on fire...I can tolerate candles under safe circumstances like at home, but people holding them, flicking lighters, etc etc, scares me...I won't go near open/outdoor fires either....
I'll shut up now lol...Theres lots more though >.< I'm a big girls blouse really... |

When I was a kid, my best friend live next door. I'd spent the night alot.
Well, she shared a room with her mom, and mom kept the room dark. I mean dark. Tin foil on the windows dark.
They also always had the closet door open, and I always had to sleep near it. When I was 6, I saw Jaws, that in itself is a fun story.
That night, we kids...me, my brother, my best friend and her brother slept in her mom's room.
I remermber, it was mom, friend, my brother in the bed and then on the floor was her brother, me and the closet. I woke up and tried to switch places, but it was like waking the dea. Never ws the same after that.
Furbies....my friend says their evil, I bleive her. Never had one, none wanted one. Would rather spend the money on a Breyer horse. |

Awww, that'd freak me right out too! I've just seen too many things and read too many things about wardrobes and related evilness to sleep easy...
I'm also afraid of under the bed My bed now is very close, I can only fit my toes between it and the floor...It still freaks me out >.< And curtains MUST be closed....I can't sleep with shadows in my room |

THat reminds my of what happen one summer when I was about 10ish.
My cousin was visiting from Ark, and we were both over at our grandparents.
The guest room had a tundle bed at the time. A tundle bed is a bed in a bed. THere was the big bed, and the a smaller bed that could slide under the big bed. THe little bed was on springs so you could rasie it up as high as the big bed, and have one big bed instead of two little ones.
Which is what we did. My cousin had the little bed, and I was in the big bed, which was next to the wall with a big space between the wal and the bed, and I mean big. I could easily splide between the bed and the wall.
THat night, we were lying there telling scary stories.
My cousin told me that she saw a hand coming out from the big crack. A hand holding abloody knife, and one eye coming up out of the hand.
I had my back to the wall, so couldn't see this, so as she told her tale I was moving closer to her until I was falling in the space between beds.
My cousin, 9 months to the day younger than me. She scared me that night with that and a few others.
She was a good storyteller. Don't know where she is now, haven't heard from her in years. |

needles again an odd one, dont mind them, happy to use the lil finger ones on myself, seriously wont look when someone else have to use em on me though (i guess i just dont trust strangers with sharp objects around my body, but i know if i tense it is a higher risk it may hurt, so if i dont look i dont know when to expect it, and generaly its over quite quickly) |
