In Memory of: Cancelled due to lack of interest.

I'm holding an art contest. I want pictures of my r/l dog, Dustin. He was recently diagnosed with bone cancer, and doesn't have much time left. D: I love him to pieces and I'm dreading the near future.

EDIT: Dustin was put down on December 29th, after fracturing his leg getting off the recliner he always slept in.

I know the grand prize isn't much compared to the other contests going on right now--but it's all I've got (it's also subject to increase a as time goes on).

I'll likely offer to buy any pieces I like regardless of whether or not they won.

1st place: 20 mil + midnight red fox w/2 details (icy blue mischievous eyes and nimble feet)
2nd place: 15 mil
3rd place: 10 mil

Participation prize: 250k

I'd prefer artwork, but you may also enter manips if you'd like.
You can enter more than one if you'd like (but please put some effort into it).

Here are some reference pics. I'll try to get some more in the next couple of days, especially of his eyes.

IMPORTANT DETAILS: His eyes are brown and he has half a watch eye on his left side (ie, the top half of his left eye is blue)Also, his tail ends in a stub--it's been like that since we adopted him.

Otherwise, just try to keep the markings/build as close as possible. I like any style, so long as I can recognize it as him

Feel free to ignore some of the lighter bits of hair along his back--most of that is shedding fur.
