Alright, I am sorry this took a while, I've been so busy with my pony that I've just now had the time to judge your great photo entries and so here's the moment you've been waiting for.... the resluts! So, I tried to be fair and made sure that, since there was enough slots, that at least one of everyone's entries placed. Sorry the prizes aren't so amazing, I hadn't exactly saved a whole lot for this, but I am going to host another show, so there is another shot for you guys.
Alright, here they are! And for everyone, your entries were all GREAT! I had a pretty hard time choosing the top five, and so here is my decision. Thanks everyone for entering, andI hope you had fun and want to enter my future shows. Thanks so much everyone!

Thanks so much guys, and remember that I didn't judge on popularity, the feilds that were judged in were:
- Quality of Model and Props
- Quality of the Picture and Interesting Aspect of the Picture
- Realisticity of the Scene
- Correct Placement and Use of Props
- Effort
Thanks again, and I think I will add this photo show again soon. Please make sure to vote in the poll.
Warmly,
SisKate

If by discipline, you mean the model has to be tacked up? So this isn't just for plain model pictures? |

What if I have lots of Breyers but no good tack? Could I photoshop/digitally paint tack onto them mabey? Pose them on top of real life tack? lol
I'm a bit confused on he whole concept, could you post an example of what you're looking for? |

No, you don't have to have tack, but if you do, you must have it used appropriately and correctly according to the dicipline. Sorry I didn't say that in there! I will add it, no worries

You don't have to use tack at all if you don't want to. And I'm afraid that no, I couldn't have you photo shop tack on, since people competing with actual Breyer tack would be at a diadvantage. But, that is a BRILLIANT idea! I will consider it in the future...

I will try and post an example of an entry I might submit. It's a bit plain, but a basic idea and I like it.

I'll enter one as soon as the Holiday is over. I had to change browsers from IE to Foxfire so getting all the passes, like to my photobucket, is taking a while. |

Okay, no problem. What are your ideas for your submission so far? Have you ever done a photo show before?

This is such a good idea Sis! I love it. I have a couple nice Breyers that I would love to enter but the chances of me getting a photobucket account plus the cord thingy to the camera and etc..... are slim. So sorry for hijacking this thread but great idea and maybe the next time you will see some of Cecelia's horses |

Personally, I've shown in TOPSA, BMHR (Breyer Model Horse Registry), and THH (Toy Horse Haven). I'm currently showing over 50 of my "toy" horses in THH's OF and Custom division. |

I have a quick question. I would like to enter a pic, but I was wondering about what the picture needs to be about. Does it have to be a picture of a Breyer in a show, or can it be (for example) an untacked Breyer jumping over a log? I'm just a little confused about what you want.

Breyer Photo Show means that I am hosting a show-like photo entry contest. You may enter whatever you like to, and make sure to post here and PM your entry to me. No, the picture doesn't have to be of a Breyer in a show, it can be whatever you like, it just has to meet the rules and criteria for this particular show. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask! Thanks much,
