Requiring a dragon...

I need someone to draw me a dragon, similar to this one and in the same artistic style:

You may recognise it as the dragon from the movie Spirited Away. If you want a better idea of what I'm asking you can find plenty more picture of this same dragon on the internet.
If you think you're up to it direct me to some examples of your work and if I like what I see I'll give you a detailed description of what I want.
I am willing to pay big money for this, of the order of 100's of millions of SBFC if you are a skilled artist.
