Thanks guys...
Queso, I have to clean really carefully now, because ( gross >.< ) the gum has pulled away from my last molars, so heck, if I get a squirty thing that'll make life easier
The last time I was under a general, I didn't react well...So thats mainly whats freaking me out this time. I'm a very strange person lol...I don't mind going to see my Dentist, I actually like him...But this is a new guy that I was referred to by my own so I guess if he trusts him, I should too...
I feel like a big baby lol...I've remounted a horse with an arm fractured in three places...I've walked 2 kilometres with a leg ripped by barbed wire...But the thought of being unconscious with someone tinkering in my mouth scares the bejasus out of me Funny isin't it?
Good luck Rocky, I'll be thinking about ya Hope it goes well for you too *gives cookies*
And hey...Who DOES like needles Knight? *shudders*
Are you all sorted now Red, apart from the vein thing? And..ugh, you poor thing! |

Mmm'k, I leave in about 30 minutes to go get my teeth done lol, depending on how I feel I might not be on for a couple of days ( fingers crossed I feel well enough to be back tonight! )
So just in case I'm not...Any auctions, trades, messages etc...Please be patient *gives cookies* |

Yeah, I'm doing okay now. I've been using a warm water bottle on it and it seems to be doing better.
I hope everything goes okay for you! *hugs* |

Well, I officially look like I ate a rugby ball sideways, but apart from that I'm doing pretty ok
Throat is sore, and my jaw and face hurt but on a very manegable level, so I'm happy....Had a GREAT team of people that made me feel very at ease and helped the whole process go smoothly...I think that really helps, feeling confident in the people working on/with you...
Glad to hear your doing ok now Red
I have fantastic black eyes though, where they stitched them shut >.< I'm not going out in public any time soon |

They stitched your eyes closed? Why? |

I'm allergic to latex Chilly, and the tape they use to keep your eyes closed during ops here, is latex based....So they looped a single stitch through my upper and lower eyelid instead...It sounds pretty gross, but didn't harm my eyes in any way, and the bruising and little holes will heal within a week...
My poor Mother who was waiting in recovery to bring me home ( bwaha, your not supposed to do anything for 24 hours ) nearly had a heart attack, thinking they'd done the wrong surgery on me because I had blood trails down my cheeks and from the corners into my hairline... |

Yikes, stinks that you're allergic to the tape ... think I'd freak out if I knew they were putting needles in my eyes balls
Glad to hear that things went well besides that |
