So we where hit by the blow of having to move, we found this nice little cottage in the papers, was described as a 4 bedroom cottage with kennel or stable room, that got me really excited as i really want horses, anyz 18ms later we get there and theres a little field with two sheep which we later find out the 2 acre field is our garden and the sheep come with the property as they as only used as the 'Lawnmowers' the are both boys and the previous owners son called them Flossy and Mossy, im not too fond of those names though so i was thinking george, michael, gio but not too sure, any other ideas |

I raise sheep for 4-H and I have a theme that goes along with there names. For instance:
Nifty
Spiffy
Snazzy
Jazzy
Swell
Ritzy
Doozey
They all mean pretty much the same thing. Next year I'm goin' to have Dazzle or Classy. I'm not sure which yet. But anyway... maybe you could come up with some kind of theme for their names? Oh, btw, what breed of sheep are they?

Wow! That's awesome! How many pets do you have now? and just remember that the sheep are probably more than lawnmowers they might be very sweet. Are you going to sell their wool or spin it yourself? I have llamas and their fiber is awesome.I'm pretty allergic to sheep though which stinks
If you ever have trouble with predators you should look into getting a gelding guard llama. A lot of llamas make awesome guards. You can pm me if you're interested.Don't mean to clutter the thread with llama talk.
Good luck with the sheep! I know lots of affectionate sheep that love to be hugged and kissed then again some are aloof individuals. Please keep us updated. Sheep are awesome even if they make me have an allergy attack. *achoo* lol |
