I don't think you can cancel accounts, but maybe. If you really want to find out, I would suggest messaging one of the site admins.

Once made, accounts cannot be deleted. If you do not wish to play anymore, simply don't log in. Unfortunately outside of selling off your existing animals, there is no way to 'start over'.
