I need to take this picture and add this symbol into it ~ My tri-colored beagle went to florida and it was her picture, I want to use it for my tri-colored beagle puppy but can't figure out how to do it. So the name would look like SC ~Valentine

i am not sure if this will help since i aint english one of the major differences to my keyboard is where signs are plased

however just in case, i got a button with the following signs ^¨~

i hit shift for the first, nothing for the second and Alt Gr for the tird

how to actualy add it to the pic, well paint would be bad to it though posible if you turn of the background for text its doable but cant remember on top of my head how too cause frankly i dont use pain that much
