Helpers?

I was thinking of opening up a photography shop, but, there wasn't much interest in my other one, so I was thinking that if I can take the photos, and someone else could add cool effects and a background to them, and I could add text and manage the shop, that would be awesome! Only problem, is that I would need at least two people for two jobs. One job would be the effects person (AKA my art/photography partner), we would split the profits, 50/50. The other job is the slot manager, who takes the orders, and pms me or my partner about who ordered what, what they offered, and so on, I'm not sure what I could pay them, but I was thinking about free personal pics for the animals on thier ranch, free, and 1k per month?

I personally love taking pictures, but I don't think I would have the time to help you, but, just as a tip, I think you should have a few or more photographers, so you have quite a variety of pictures.
