Hi. I just joined and need some tips and answers on questions.
1. Am I limited to number of animals on my farm?
2. Does animal has to be colored in just one color or there are animals with more than one?
3. How do I buy animals?
4. Is it possible to visit other player's farms and how?
5. Do I have to feed animals, play with them, train them and how?
6. What are exams? I was reading about them on forums, but don't have idea where to find them and why I should and need to do them and how?
7. Are there dog/car/guina pig/other animals breeds ect.?
8. Something I should now about the game more?
I'm totally lost here so any help will be appriciated.
Thanks! |

Okay, let's see if I can help you.
A1: When you start out you are limited to 100 animals on your farm. In order to be able to own more, you must purchase a goodie, which can allow you to do this.
A2: Each animal is only one color. But one of the color is "multicolored". So it's kind of confusing.
A3: To buy animals you can go to the market place. There is a sort of form you have to fill out. Put what species, gender, whether it's whole or not, etc. Then click "Search". It will give a long list of animals that fit your description. If you like one of the animals on the list. Click "Buy".
A4: In order to visit other peoples farm, go to "Community". Lets say you want to visit my farm. I had just put a post. And under "Author" is my name. Just click on my name and it will take you to my farm! (this is one of many ways to visit peoples' farms).
A5: Okay, to feed, groom, etc. your animals just do this. Go to the cage, say the K9 Kennel. It should have a picture of what the cage looks like. On the right side there is a list of stuff. Like food, grooming, fun, etc. Click on the little bubble next to the thing you would like to do. Then click "Upgrade". This will make sure your animal is being "whatever" always. You can also use that list to make your cage bigger and be able to hold more animals. (that was kind of complicated).
A6: Exams help you train your animals, and make them give birth. Right above the cages on your farm there is a little orange (I think) bar. On it there are two buttons that say "Examine your animal". Click the one on the top, it trains your animal and it's just the best.
A7: There are THOUSANDS of different animals! (well, maybe not thousands). But yes there are all the basics, dog, cat, horse, rabbit, chicken, etc. But there are also unicorns, Pegasus, alligator, polar bear, etc. Just anything.
A8: There is really not alot more that you need to know. Just make sure that you don't over breed, especially when the creator doesn't want you to. But that's pretty much it.
I hope that this will help you a little bit. Feel free to PM me anytime!!!

When you are on your farm page there are a list of links on the left side. Near the bottom is one 'Species Details'. By clicking that one you will go to a page that will list all the current animal species (horse, dog, gecko..) on SBF. You can then click on what ever species you are curious about and it will come up with 3 lists. One for all the current color possibilities for that species, all the current variations(breeds) and one of all the current details created for the species. And next to each one is it's rarity value (0 to 10) and also who in the game created it. By knowing who created the color/breed/detail you then know who the best person to first ask if you would like to obtain something.
And I don't have a lot of dogs on here myself but I believe all the breeds you have lists have been created, all ready exist on here. |
