Art -∀ℜΓ- Contest .::. Prize AE Horse & $$

I've been meaning to hold an art contest since I bought my horse a month and a half ago.. At first I didn't cause I wanted more photo's.. Then life just got really hectic.. But now is the TIME!!! Mwuahaha!

Ok this is the deal, I would like to challenge any artist out there to draw, manip, sculpt, or any other form of art, a representation of my horse!

And who is my horse you might ask? Why no other then the darling of the barns, HF Unique:

Isn't she precious? Wink

She is a 3yr old Bay/Black Leopard Arapaloosa mare.

Now of course that is not the only picture I have..

Please use any pictures in there for inspiration. For those interested in doing a manip I would prefer you use those since a picture of a different leopard horse wouldn't be her Smile

And I may be adding more pictures as this goes along. Sorry I'm not a great photographer..

DETAILS:
-My PB account is private, those interested in entering the contest can log in as guests using keemak
-Manips please use Uniques actual photos
-Drawings don't need to have every spot exact
-Enter as many times as you wish, however one person can only receive the participation prize twice and only be eligible to win one of the main prizes.
-Effort does count.

Now everyone's favorite part!
PRIZES:
1st: 50 mil & a AE Arapaloosa foal (foal will most likely be sterile and another AE creation of mine can be substituted if winner wishes)
2nd: 20 mil & 2 Tokens
3rd: 10 mil & 1 Token

Theme... Uh.... dark, fun, pritty, light.... lol no, no theme I can think to prefer just have fun with it Very Happy

How long will this be open. I have worked on it for about an hour and completed 1 eye. That's how slow I am. So I may take a while.

Bad news Crying or Very sad

The other day I got new barn mates (two hanovarians this other woman owns) and apparently our horses don't get along. Even though they built a new fence that was rather high her horses could still stick there heads over. The three must have been bickering over the fence (or the other two were since Unique is too short) And well, Unique I guess tried to double barrel the fence/wall between them and stuck her rear foot through some tin siding! I found she had sliced her foot open right above the hoof when I went to the stable yesterday morning... Emergency call to the vet and she had to get 8 stitches. Such a sweety, she was acting like nothing was wrong the whole time but its official I'm a pansy when it comes to blood, I thought I was going pass out for a while. Embarassed

But here you go. I outdid myself this time =D THREE versions. -crowd gasps- (As the only difference is one layer, it's still one entry... Whichever you prefer more is the "official" entry, I suppose. -shrug-)

had a look not sure yet if will enter, depending how long this is going

if you take more pictures, can you try to take a close up though of her face that catch her eye, or eyes (depending angle)

the one you posted in this tread dont really show it well, and would actualy like it even more close up...

(i like to work with eyes)
