Originally, I had 21 rescues available. I built the wrong building for the species I rescued, so I deconstructed it (the Pigeon Coop) and looked back at my free rescues. I had 23. I tried it again with the Rabbit Hutch, just to see what would happen, and after building and deconstructing that one, I had 24. So if someone could fix that and take 3 free rescues off of my account, that'd be nice ^^
