Did i tell you about my problems with my right knee?? Well my physiotherapist referred me to the doctor. Any if you didn't know what happened here's how:
One day at school (first week of term two) we were playing hockey during science lessons (outdoors of course because we finished all our work), and naturally i always get hurt during hockey. I ran to keep the ball in game and bounded at the last second, i landed on my right leg and my knee buckled up, presumably shoving my knee cap to the outer side. I fell down in absolute pain (on the court) and the teacher asked if i was alright and if i could stand up. I tried to stand up but my leg wouldn't hold ad then it stared shaking violently and numbly. A couple of girls pointed and laughed mocking "ewww, her leg is shaking" and at that point i fell down in depression and pain.
A few weeks later i started going to the physiotherapist and then I'm here.
After the doctor got an X-ray and it didn't get any results of any thing broken. So then i had to get an MRI today on my knee. It was really noisy but no pain or discomfort occurred.
Now I'm just waiting for the results, If i have a Cartilage tear (a big one) then i will need surgery and have it removed and then weeks of rehabilitation. And in the long term I will have a dodgy knee and it will wear easily. But if it wasn't then i would have to work harder and live with the pain longer.
But now, if i do have surgery then i would be not with you for a couple of weeks-months, which i really apologize for.
I'm not seeking any sympathy from this but just telling everybody.
Fingers Crossed

WOW, I'm sorry to hear about your injury, I can imagine how painful it is, I have injuries to both knees and now suffer with arthritis in both knees. I hope that everything goes well for you and that you don't have to go through surgery, I'll keep you in my prayers. |

Luckily, it's not a cartilage tear, but a bad bruise to the inside of my bones, under the kneecap....
