| Can someone tell me what it means when all the animals have the little " give a gift" button? what does it do? |

| You have the choice of buying an item for your animal with tokens and playcash.You can get balls, special food, or ribbons. I think they just get displayed on the animal's page. I think it's a bit pointless, but people who are really proud of their animals might buy one. I think the highest statted male animal in the game has one. |

Actually he doesn't. The animal you are thinking of is my tiger, Curse Of The Phoenix. He's the highest statted male animal in the game, but I haven't bought him any of the items. What I actually did is manipulated the code on his page to display pictures and text, then the picture I displayed is one of the ones used for an item.
What actually happens when you buy an item for an animal is a small picture of it is displayed under their name, and when you click on it a message written by the person who bought the item is displayed in a new window. I've seen one or two animals with this, but they don't tend to be very common. These items don't add any sort of bonus to the animal that I'm aware of. As far as I can tell they're just for fun. If they did add some sort of bonus I might consider buying them, but at this stage spending up to 90 tokens on an item that does nothing seems a bit pointless. I might consider spending cash, but that's it. |
