Quote: | Brunost is a brown Norwegian whey cheese, also popular in Sweden, where it is called mesost. The Norwegian name brunost means 'brown cheese'. In North America it is referred to and sold as gjetost, which is an older spelling of geitost that is no longer frequently used elsewhere. The two most popular varieties in Norway are Gudbrandsdalsost, which means 'cheese from the Gudbrandsdal' (made from cow's milk), and the more traditional version geitost, which simply means 'goat cheese', and which is wholly or in part made from goat's milk. There are also regional varieties, which vary both in colour and taste, depending on how much caramel they contain. In Sweden, Fjällbrynt Mesost is produced by Milko in Östersund.
Geitost has a strong, sweet, yet somewhat sharp flavor with notes of caramel and goat's milk, while Gudbrandsdalsost is similar but more mellow in taste. The two varieties are often used as open sandwich toppings, on bread or malt loaf, or together with lefse. Brunost and lefse are used in some areas as a side dish to lutefisk. |
prim is like the creamy/soft type version of this that you can spread on the bread, instead of cuting slices to put on the bread |

mine aint, its small and brown, depot thingy, before that i took some cost addition with iron in it that my mom sent me, but the doctor wasnt happy with the progress, she felt the iron level was rising to slow, so i went to the infarmary, and they gave me depot pure iron tablet
which has no flavor i can note really before swallowing them, or any smell
the others didnt really taste much before swallowed, but they smelled of fish food type thing, which if you been to a fish production site you know will smell quite distinct and strong |

i take 1 a day can take 2 if nesicary and talked to the doctor, she said if i wanted i could try but she wasnt sure it was needed
and considering your body also need to have all the rigth chemistry to absorb things, you cant really outweigh say hunger over time by stuffing someone for 2 days, its a process over time
so just taking it slow, the tablets as said is depot tablets so they dont disolve imidiatly either
and it fits me well to take all med at once, as i am also on alergy med now, so i take it all when i wake up as a standard rutine, and the c-vit can only be taken 1 at time
so yeah make it easier to remember it all, 1 of each when i get up |
