Want to be a mentor?
If you have read my previous topic on apprentices this is what would be required if you are interested.

•You must have a basic knowledge on everything on this game (main things if you don’t know something minor don’t worry)

•You must be active

•You must be a patient person

•You are not required to, but if you get your apprentice to stay for at least a week reward them with cash or an animal sterile or unsterile

•You must be kind and not pushy

•No calling apprentices stupid, noobs, ext. If an apprentice pms me saying you did I will get your side of the story, and depending the situation, I’ll let it go, and I will also give you three chances, then, I will ask that you no longer mentor

•Pass on your knowledge of whatever you think they should know, aside from the basics of the game.

•If you would like to mentor please ask me to add you to the list

I would like the apprentice(new player) to post who they would like to mentor them if they are available.
If anyone would like to help me run this please pm me, and also I will try to give prizes to mentors monthly.

can you remind me of this in a couple weeks, rigth now i am way to bussy, will still be bussy then but should be able to take on 1 mentee then and will be here to the end of juin before going on vacation, then back in august

i mentor in my other comunity as its fun to help newbies (even if i still tend after 4 years to feel a newbie at times myself though its inevitable when the community is 10 years old this year and some oldbies been around rigth from the start)

but yeah think i got the basic gist of the game down

I can mentor for about a week and a helf at this point in time. I'll be on vacation for a week after that time and am unsure about internet access. I should have it at hotels but you never know. I am willing to work with the mentees perhaphs breeding them some quality animals ect. Please PM me as I may not remember to check this topic

Well I don't know everything but I think that I coud instruct a newbie on the basics ateast.Anything to help!

hrmm... I could do maybe one. That is as long as the mentee's understand that they don't have mentors just to mooch a ton of free stuff, we aren't helping them to give them millions of play cash and tons of really good animals. We're doing it to 'teach them to fish' as that one saying goes.

i can do it. i agree that they must know that the mentors are not here to just give the "world" to them and just like 90% of us they have to work.

I'd love to be a mentor I could probably only handle 1 maybe 2 at a time I'm home schooled and on here a lot the only time I'm not here is every other weekend

another thing how about newbie classes on things, where you teach in different game aspects, and they can ask questions about things, as well as discuss them

-how to start the game and progress
-responsible breeding
-training and eventing
-picture making


yes you can make tutorials, but classes makes for interaction with other new people in the same situation, and such also help bond friendship, and a lot of people just dont read tutorials for various reasons

but may well be into activeties they can learn from
