i need to make more building but i dont know how???

Buildings become available as you earn cash. As you earn cash your Max Average Cash will go up and will allow you to access to new buildings to build. When you take an exam there should be red letters near the bottom. These should tell you how which building you will have access to next and how much play cash you will need for it to become available to you.
