One of my friends asked me to create an account on her. So I did and now for some odd reason I am suspended. I was not trying to create two accounts for me I was setting my friend up one and know I can't do anything but look through posts.

Could someone please help me!!!!

Advice, people to contact, any help at all would be greatly appreciated

Basically if you have created another account on the same computer, you have broken one of SBF's rules. You need to contact John and explain the situation. His e-mail is just underneath your username on the log in page.. i believe
