I've seen that video sooo many times, and it still makes me smile every time I watch.
The partnership is absolutely amazing.
But what do you mean lip licking? lol. |

American, if you watch closely, there are numerous times you see her horse licking ( his? ) lips...Its a sign of calm acceptance and submission, among other things....Its something you most definately want to see your horse doing during Natural Horsemanship work...

Oh that takes me back...
I used to do a little parelli training with the horses I used to work with. I loved every minuite of it. The bond you get with the horses is priceless. I did a lot of work from the ground and even got my horse to "dance" with me. I loved it and after seeing that video, just want to start again. |
