Does any one know of good sites to find horses for sale/lease the people we where leasing my horse Dee from sold her without telling us so the whole time I was working with her she was for sale and other people had been riding her and doing stuff with her. So now I have no horse and am looking for one so if you know of a good site other then the ones below tell me please. Also if you are willing to look I live in Minnesota,USA and am looking for a horse to ride western I would prefer one already trained in western but its not that hard to switch over(I did that with another horse),
Sites I have looked at
Dreamhorse.com
horsetopia.com |

Wow.
That's kind of... horrible. I don't know exactly what kind of lease you had with them but that I know of if your leasing the horse your not allowed to sell them cuase technically it's not yours... o.o
Anyways, if you go on www.equine.com you can search many different disciplines and breeds. And you can do an advanced search.
I'm sorry about your horse Dee. Good luck finding another one though! =] |

I found my mare on equine.com
Some other sites to try:
http://www.equinenow.com/
http://www.horsefinders.com/
http://www.myhorseforsale.com/
I love to horse hunt, if you would post some more specifics I could do a better search for you. Like how tall, what age range, price range, and what exactly do you want to use it for? I'm guessing trailriding and generall open shows?
I'll go do a brod search though, I love horse hunting lol |

The market is good for buyers right now, you can find some nice horses for cheap if you look in the right places and have the right connections.
I found a bunch of them lol
Nice looking, but you would deffinalty need to investigate whether the hoof issue could really be corrected or not. If she's close by you might as well take a peek at her
She's a little skinny and her front end setup makes me think she will be a bit bumpy, but you wont know for sure untill you ride her. Hind end looks powerful to me. Sounds like a solid tempered horse
No conformation shots, but he looks cute and looks like a cute mover. Sounds like he might need a bit more work, but nothing to difficult probably
Not the prettiest, but she sounds like she's had good training and is a good "using" type horse
Sounds ok, something about her I like but I cant figure out what. Just has that look
She has mounted patroll training which is a huge plus for me. All of the ex-cop horses I've met have been great. I like her conformation too, looks like she'll be pretty smooth
three in one add, not very much info. If they are close you might as well go and look though
pretty but not much info. Gaited
A bit downhill, but otherwise cute. I like her shoulder slope and angle a lot
super cute, chunky fellow, I want to give him a hug lol
I had to throw in an english horse lol, I like her a lot. Nice bone and really strong conformation. If I lived in minnisota you would have to beat me to her lol
Just a nice looking guy. not fancy, but he sounds like a nice, well trained horse. May be over at the knee, but I think its just the pic they have |

ok I can't resist showing you this one. She's in foal right now so I don't know if you would want to buy a mare and foal. There's something special about this girl. I'm not sure about her conformation maybe Queso can look at her for you and say what she thinks.

The photos aren't great for conformation critique, but I must say that I love the old style morgans. Her hind end looks weak to me, but it might just be the picture angle. She looks like a fun mover though. |

I would be careful of the first equinehits one you posted, it has pretty bad sicklehocks.
I like the 2nd equinehits elding though, he looks nice. His shouldure is strait so he wont have very much reach but other than that he looks good.
Are you basicly looking under $1,000? I'll go and do a new search |

Have you tried Equinesite.com? That's my personal favorite. And it's got tack and other stuff too! |
