Training seems to be stuck!

I was just wandering how long it took to train a stat to max.
One of my animals has been at 129.98 for absolutley ages now. How many exams (approx) does it take?

Once it gets that high I've found it takes 300+ exams to raise by like .01 if youre lucky.
