go onto the animal you want to breed, page, you will see a button saying breed or breed this animal (something to that effect) click the button then choose a mate from the list it gives you.

If you are using a stud off of the market, just click on Stud for $?? at the side of the animal and again it will give you a list of possible mates. Just click whichever one you want.
