I wander through the motions: check this, do that, exams, names, buy, sell, and all through it I wonder. I wonder what I would have if I could have ANYTHING I wanted on SBF become a reality in my RL.

Then I realise that life is full of dreams, and this place is a way for dreams to take shape, to represent the reality we long for. It is a living thing in a sense, with the interactions of its players and development of its programming as the growth every living thing experiences. It makes sense then, for me at least, to dream more, create more, and enjoy the moments when I see others join in the community spirit that makes this place so special.

Then there are the moments of humour: which of us will make what first, the extra special but amusing creations that speak of real appreciation. Also affection, we find our friendships almost tangible here, and it shows in so many things we make, say, do. Is it then any wonder so many of us are addicted to this game?

Thanks everyone for being who you are. Thanks for the pleasure and HONOUR of sharing my obsession with you. And thanks John and Nef for making a dream world real enough to share world wide.

I completely agree with you Odin. This site is one of the best sites out there for animal dreamers like us.

Thanks to everyone for making this game so enjoyable: from the people who made it & the people who update it & upkeep it to the players who help keep the game running by buying thousands of tokens to the players who haunt the boards every day in search of a friendly face and a fun game to play.

Very Happy

*sniff..wiping tears of my cheeks*

I have to agree with everything. Where else could you ever hope to own and take care of your very own zoo of common and exotic animals and critters! I say common animals, but in my wildest dreams I never imagined having a stable full of horses, let alone a flock of chickens!

Like in real life, most of the people you meet and interact with on the game are honest and helpful, but there will always be a few clinkers. I am not a chatty, people-person, but truly appreciate the help some have offered here.

When I started playing here it was just a cool game, get what you can get, charge ahead, push your way around with no regard for anything except what was MINE. I see things a bit differently now and try to be more caring and respectful of others.

Thanks to you all,

Rusty

We all start somewhere and learn as we go.... but that is the charm of this game: there is a spirit of cooperation and respect, and a joy in helping others. Thanks Rusty for being open to learn as I have learned: that being mindful of others has its own rewards.

*brings in the refreshments and passes them around*

So where's the dream table? Er..the creation table? It's loaded with tokens, right?

Razz

I keep asking Nef to hook me up to an IV to ease my SBF addiction. It's not just the tokens and creating, it's the people here. The SBF community is great. Yes, we have a snags but they're few and far between.

*mixes the SBF punch* In goes a dash of dog with a smidgen of cat, maybe a bit of possum and..oh! don't forget a little horse, some dragon and top it off with lion. *off to ponder what another bowl of SBF punch will include*

Aww. It's all so true.

I mean, I've had addicts to VP and VHR, but none of them lasted as long as this one...probably because here I'm known and wanted, and in the others games I was just a player.

SBF I think [personally, lets not break out into world war III] is better than any other Orbis game because there's not alot of people [compared to VHR, atleast] so we're a closer knit family. We look out for eachother. We help eachother...and, we are friends.

When someone needs it, we stick up for them, we lend a shoulder, an ear, whatever makes the other happier. Atleast, that's what I've seen here in the forums...and out! The Creator's Club was an AWESOME idea, [applause to odin&Jinxx] and it brought us together even more, I think. We WANT to help eachother create/achieve our goals. And that's more than I've ever thought could happen.

*Sniffles* That's the end of my 'little' input...probably the longest post I've ever typed, lmao.
