O.k. i don't know about you but I've noticed people quitting sandbox cause they were getting ticked off at peoples remarks. I really hate people quitting sandbox just cause off what people said to them about something. and anyway we are supposed to be nice on here to every one. and sometimes people do get on here to get away from the world and so we should provide that have don't you??

please i would love to know what you think!!! so please post Very Happy

I definatly agree. But with all of the stupitidy and drama other players have caused, I see why people wanna quit it. I too, have been thinking about logging off and not coming back because of other people's crap.

i think that if people are willing to let what others say to them affect them to the point of quitting than that is thier own problum.

I stronly agree with you, SBF is where you get away from the world and everyone is and should be friends. No drama or anything like that.

if you want to avoid drama just avoid the forums for a couple days only one day helps

i have done it with every orbis game it really does help just step away from the drama why steep awya from the whole game

Drama? Posts like this add to the drama on the forums. If you really think about it most people who threaten to quit 1. cause half the drama themselves 2. 'Quit' every few weeks 3. Are looking for attention, good or bad.

SBF is made up of a wide diversity of people, it takes all kinds to make the world go round.

When something as simple as 'Please don't post a thousand !!!!!!!!!s' can garner a OMG I'm quitting you people are so mean!! Evil or Very Mad

response (extreme example) then the problem is usually deeper than sbf. Then we get the OMG So and So is quitting, OMG, what can I do..what can we all do..OMG, don't let them leave. OMG..don't LEAVE..don't LEAVE..if you leave I'm LEAVING too!! Shocked

Wow, talk about drama.

The people you are OMGing about threaten to quit every other day (or near so). Nice to be held over a barrel to get you to plead and beg them not to go. Rolling Eyes

I agree with Jinxx, there's a select few who seem to start all of the drama. If they want to start a hissy fit and leave, then I think the game may be better off. I know this sounds mean, I don't like to see people leave, believe me. I just think some people need to take a break for a while and figure out how to behave maturly(sp?) online.

People who are really leaving rarely make such a fuss... they just stop coming..... people who want attention mention leaving like it is a problem others need to solve. It happens everywhere. I've learned that people come and go... sometimes they return and sometimes they never leave. What would we do without the dramas? For my part: exactly as I do now... play the game.

We are a community of transients and children, older folk and frustrated teachers, artists and writers and everything in between. We are all unique and all similar. What does it matter in the end? Nothing at all... but I firmly believe in doing to others as I would like done to me.

So I stay out of the "I'm leaving" posts, because for one, I refuse to beg someone to stay who isn't really leaving anyway, and truthfully, I have no power to stop them if they ARE leaving, and secondly, I refuse to validate a cry for attention from someone who wont listen to anything I say anyway. If you think that a cynical view, it's your problem not mine.

I appreciate most people here. I love the diversity and the creativity. The drama, I can live without.

I am so new here i haven't heard anything bad yet but I know it happens. I am just kinda of the attitude of "whatever" and go on with enjoying the game. Why should I let someone else ruin something I enjoy? If it becomes a real problem like say harrasment, you just take it up with the oners of the game! Just one hillbillies opinion! *Edited* Please don't give anyone any personal info.

i agree with all of you and your veiws about are really good and we are better than most games like this(im not bragging) with the kindness thing if somebody is new and posts for help i can think of people right away that post right back welcoming them (and handing out cookies) Very Happy

and they always offer to listen to them if they're having troubles anyway thats the i look on our community and i try to look at it that way when somebody does something i don't like. plus the fact that we're human beings EVERYBODY IS GOING TO MESS UP SOMETIMES even me

I agree with everyone that has posted, everyone that leaves now make such a big fuss over it, like they will say that people are so mean here that I just want to quit, and then it just starts a big deal of fussing over stuff that is not nessisarry(sp) to fuss over, most people rarely make a fuss over leaving, they just leave.
