Yes that is quite true some rabbits are naturally like that, but it also depends on their previous situation e.g. pet shop rabbits or rescues.
what breed are yours amara? |
They are both lionheads, They are from the same litter too, that kinda makes it worse if they breed but im trying my best to look out for things like that, they guy at the pet shop (they came from a pet shop) he said they start breeding at 9 weeks so dont put them together AT ALL!, first time i put them together he humped her, i thought it was him just being a guy but the next time i put them together (after loulou's helpful advice of him maybe protecting his terratory(sp?)) she humped him, so i took them through to the living room and now, they live very happy together
Amara will shut up now and stop hijacing
(Oh loulou, i was gonna say try grabing her and just holding her tight(not too tight) and just stroking her back maybe she'll relise that you dont want to hurt her, and learn to love cuddles i dont know much though, also my cats are scared of my rabbits too, lol, Cats!) |
