What do you do put Paint up or what?

You don't need to put up paint.
Just go up to file, and select new, then you have a canvas to work with. You can click the paintbrush and chose sizes for it. I like the pen tool, and you can change the size around on it. Change the color and mess around with it. Layers are fun to work with, also. =]
