well jsut make sure you do not use treats because then they get really nippy.

no problem.Ive seen horse that bite and Ive gotten bitten by a horse.

i am not an expert on horses as such but has an animal related education where we had courses in animal behavior...

and cause the horse shown signs of aggression in this one problem situation i'd say be careful...don't do this alone or maybe preferably get someone with more knowledge doing it in case the animal do decide to test the limits when pushed..animals can smell nervousness..and if the problem lays in thinking he is the boss like it sounds to be both based on those in here seeming to know horse behavior, and what i general know of animals...its not guarantied he is just gonna roll over and say hey ok i get it your the boss, i'll accept that after X amount of time...and while any animal behaving like that should be treated with respect even more so in the case of big animals like horses, cause your not gonna be able to physically overpower him but rather have to depend on psychical methods

ok yea that sounds like it'll work too. let me see what i can do. so far he is getting a little bit better but he is still difficult. now he won't even let me mount him............i''ll try that :~)

Yea it hurts huh? Sometimes if they bite hard enough it can leave a little bruise too.

Thanks guys! It actually getting better! And thanks to everyone else who helped as well. I found out that one of the problems was that he really did think he was the boss. He even tried to heasd for the barn with me on him but its working now! YYYYEEEEEAAAAA THANKS!
