Still as tutor, I guess...
It's really big for an SBF pic, for one.
The horse seems to come out of nowhere, and you can see the grass or leaves or trees around it's mane from the original pic. The blue around the horse is kind of pretty, but would look better if it went down to where it was cut off - and/or was the same shade as the pink surrounding the font. It would a lot neater that way
Also, if the horse looked a bit more faded it, it would look a lot neater. Try erasing with different opacities on the horse layer - 80% first, a layer of 40% then maybe 10-20% or so.
If your program has the dissolve effect (should be under filters or layers - though it may be somewhere else) it would look cool. I would suggest cutting the last inch or so of the horse and cutting it from the pic and pasting it as a new layer. (Cutting will copy and delete the picture.) Your program might have a cutting option where it will remove the section from the layer - if it does, it should just take what you cut and make a new layer of it on its own.
If it doesn't automatically appear beneath the horse, move it to where it was, and use the dissolve effect. Change the opacity of the layer until it looks good.
Using the eraser and dissolve should make it look really cool!
